A parole board Friday denied former Olympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius bail because he hasn’t served a “minimum detention period.” He is serving 13 years for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Steenkamp's parents believe Pistorius is lying about their daughter's killing.
